Workflow Platform is where the team starts, watches and controls Growthspree’s content workflows. Pick topics across any number of clients, review the summary, start the run, and see every blog and every step as it moves.

Tick a client to take all of its pending topics, or pick single topics, or both in one selection. Shift-click selects a range. The bar at the bottom always shows the count.

Before anything starts you see the summary: how many topics, how many clients. Topics that already have a blog stay out until you confirm a regenerate.

Name the run if you like, then choose batched (the default, cheaper, results arrive in bulk) or sync (one topic at a time, good for a quick check).

You land on the runs page. Open a run to see each blog move through its nine steps, with the cost of every call, so a failure is visible where it happened.

Nothing starts unseen
Start always shows the summary first: topics, clients and mode. You confirm what you are about to run.
Generated work is protected
Topics that already have a blog are hidden by default. Regenerating one needs an explicit confirm.
Work survives problems
A workflow engine remembers where every blog was, so a restart resumes the run, and one failing blog never stops the others.
State is real, not decorative
Readiness, blockers and status come from the pipeline itself, per run and per blog, with the cost of each call.

- Client project
- A client Growthspree writes for. Each has its own group of topics.
- Topic
- A planned topic from a content research run. One row in the list.
- Pending
- A planned topic that is not excluded and has no blog yet. Only pending topics are selectable.
- Run
- One start of the workflow over your selection. Named by an optional note.
- Batched
- The default. Topics are queued and worked in waves.
- Sync
- Topics run one at a time, in order.
